Remote Consultation & Preparation
Your medical records are professionally translated and submitted to the hospital. Within 48 hours, you'll receive confirmation of your schedule. If needed, we arrange a remote video consultation with your surgeon. Meanwhile, our team handles your medical visa (S2), flight bookings, and accommodation — all synchronized in your patient portal.
Arrive & Begin Your Care
Land in China to a waiting driver and your personal interpreter. They escort you to your hotel or hospital apartment. On your care day, your interpreter is with you at every appointment — from registration to consultation to procedure. You are never alone in a Chinese hospital.
Recovery & Rehabilitation
After your procedure, you recover in comfort — not rushed out the door. Our packages include extended recovery stays with daily nursing visits, physiotherapy sessions, and interpreter-supported follow-up consultations. For surgery patients, this means you heal properly before the long flight home.
Return Home & Remote Follow-Up
Fly home with a complete bilingual medical report, discharge summary, and recovery plan. Your care doesn't end at the airport — we schedule remote video follow-ups at 30, 90, and 180 days with your Chinese physician. Any questions or concerns during recovery are addressed within 24 hours.

Every quote separates hospital fees from our service fee. You always know exactly what you're paying for and to whom. No hidden charges. No surprises.

Payment Schedule
We don't ask for full payment upfront.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our policy is clear and fair:
- ● Visa denied: Full refund (minus $200 admin fee)
- ● Cancel > 14 days before: 80% refund
- ● Cancel 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- ● Cancel < 7 days before: 20% refund
- ● Hospital cancellation: Full refund or reschedule
